By instructing bar staff to direct customers to the Messenger bot, Marriott was able to capture customer data, significantly increase their page likes, as well as driving customers to competition landing pages with further data-entry fields. Making a competition or voucher campaign fun or sharable isn’t always an easy task, which is why Pizza Express have opted to go the personalisation route for 4 of their recent competitions and giveaways!

 

More recently for their 2017 Christmas Campaign, which included an instant-win style game for in-restaurant freebies.
