Situated in the Thames Valley, in beautiful Henley-on-Thames, EchoMany is a unique and innovative personalised video campaign platform. We have rapidly grown over the past 18-months and our technology is regularly being used by some of the world’s best known brands including Honda, Pizza Express, 20th Century Fox, ITV, Unicef and Trainline. The success of EchoMany has brought about exciting opportunities to grow our team and this role forms a pivotal part of that growth.
We’re looking for an ambitious engineer to join our team of digital experts and software engineers to help drive the development of EchoMany. You will thrive on delivering clean, bug-free code and working with a talented development team who are delivering clever, clean and efficient software. You’ll have some good examples of your work to demonstrate a rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities in developing for a platform like EchoMany and you’ll be a creative problem solver.
In terms of the tech we work with, we currently use PHP/Laravel, some Python, some Angular and a host of cloud technologies. We do interesting stuff like dynamic video rendering, integration with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Messenger and more to come) and we face meaty technical challenges like queue management, self scaling infrastructure and platform federation. We’re not tied to any one technology stack and we are keen to explore what works best for us.
